What I have heard is that if it is dry cleaned, it will last quite a
while.  If washed in a normal washer, you should wash it alone. If fibers
of normal (i.e. flammable) fabrics get imbedded in the Nomex, its fire
retardant properties are reduced.  Likewise, you should never work on
the car wearing the Nomex suit.  If you get oil or grease on it, it
becomes a candle wick.  =:0
