Yes, I suppose so. You could weld on a tab with a hole in it, or a post. But
these might get in the way of your wrench, so a hole might be best. This could
be a fix where a hole is not possible. Or, how about a square tab over a
square nut head, which is in turn fastened/wired?
Whatever it is, the goal is to secure it so it can not turn out- from
vibration, or whatever.
