List:
I just located, but have not yet seen, a reputed Kurtis 500K. Described as
frame, wheels, suspension, brakes, diff, driveshaft, fiberglas body in ??
condition but complete, headlight pods, still sitting on wheels with flat
tires. Engine interior and dash gone. body sitting on frame. Stored outdoors
in the dry Southwest for XX years.
Hulk does have a title.
Can anyone give me major discriminators to tell a 500K from a 500M from a
500X ??
Any info about numbers on the car, where, what to look for ? I read that
there were 30 K's, 18 M's and 13 or so X's.
Is there a comprehensive resource book describing the mechanicals ?
Does this car have any vintage race potential?
Anyone know of one running or of a Kurtis Guru ( is Kurtis still around
??)?
Wild guess, what's the car worth ?? I see one runner advertised in Calif.
for $12K.
