Intake/exhaust header for MGTD?

I am building a vintage racer out of a T-series to also street.  I am
interested in parts or input.  Some of my immediate issues center on intake
& exhaust.

Does anyone have a good source for a header for a T-series?

Is there a good way to separate the intake and exhaust manifold on a header
with only 3 bolts? or is there a thermostate housing and cam cover that can
add 2 more that someone has come up with?
