1275 oil pump

Hello all:

I have the following question and would like to get the nets response:

We are building a Sprite with the 1275 motor for vintage racing.  The oil 
pump we got from Moss uses 2 bolts to secure the pump to the block while the 
old pump had 4.  Are the 2 bolts sufficient or should we modify the pump for 
3 bolts?
