A look at VARA's rules Re:  Wheels - Up to one and one-half inches over 
width as manufactured and a one inch increase or decrease in diameter 
are permitted.

If you are going to allow 60 series tires; then you've got to allow for 
wider wheels to fit the tires.  60 series won't work on  4 1/2" wheels.

Also, the people with AIM at SPIR told me that Yokohama will again 
manufacture the 0008RS in 70 series.
