Hi All I am new to the vintage race list. I have these questions that I hope someone out there can answer: for an MGA - 1500 motor - what can to done to improve the oiling for #2 & #3 rod bearings? does cross drilling the crank and tufftriding solve the problem? can anything be done to the block (such as enlarging some of the oil passages)? the car is used for vintage racing; the motor seems to destroy the #2 and #3 rod bearings. for 5 main MGB: same question Thanks Glenn Mapes <gmapes@ball.com> 1968 MGB |
