Tac and Amp meter problem

I'm at the end of my "Electrical Odyssey" ! I have left the Tac and Amp
meter.

Can someone offer up some advice/help in what wire comes and goes to where for
these two items ?



I'm finding your collective wisdom better than the three wiring diagrams I
have !
