200 clutch slave

Looking for a rebuild kit for the clutch slave cylinder for a Griffith 200.  
The slave cylinder says Girling with the 313310 cast number and a 16096 
stamped number.  I've tried getting information from Victoria British, 
Classic Motorworks and Roadster Factory with no luck.  The Moss Motor Tech 
line said since it's a 7/8" bore it's probably from an MGA so I went up to 
Moss Motors in NJ and looked at what they had, nothing matched.  Any ideas 
short of calling David Gerald?
