Hi Mark:
I had Classic Tube in Lancater NY do the little short rigid lines on the
front calipers. Just mailed in the old ones and got them and the new
s/s ones back. I wanted to try to see what kind of job they did and I
found they did a fine job. Not only are the lines s/s but the fittings
are as well.

As far as replacing the rubber lines, I'd try Earl's Supply in Cal or
Aeroquip. both have websites, but Earls is the Australian site. They do
list California phone # though. I recently bought a set of the flex s/s
hoses for my Morgan (thru a Morgan supplier) and they are Earl's hoses
and came with all the necessary adapter fittings.

Let us know how you make out.
