I seem to recall that they are painted body colour (ie: the body was assem=
bled before painting).=C2=A0 When I assembled my car I used stainless steel=
fasteners and and left them unpainted.=C2=A0 The appearance is striking wi=
th the shimmering screw heads (which will remain shiny forever more) but I'=
ll bet it will be points off in a concours.
I rather doubt they will need re-torquing if they are sufficiently snugged =
up during initial assembly.=C2=A0 I never had any issues.

I bought fuel twice yesterday travelling between states and paid ?0.80/L
($3.999/US gal) in Ohio. And breathed a sigh of relief that I did a driving
trip from Missouri to California and back -- 4700 miles -- in January!
California is headed the UK's way on pricing faster than the US midwest.
