Start by rebuilding/replacing the rear brakes. May be as easy as cleaning u=
p the wheel cylinders sanding the shoes and a good rubbing of the drums with=
steel wool. If they are pitted then ghey should be turned. I would take t=
his opportunity to fully flush and refill the brake lines, I would recommend=
DOT 5.0 fluid. Then on to the front, pop the pistons out and polish them u=
p with some 4-0 steel wool.=20
Hope this helps.=20

Hi Folks,
=20
Well, I took everyone=E2=80=99s good advice and it started up, no problem.
=20
So naturally I decided to go for a test drive =E2=80=93 the tow truck has ju=
st dropped the car off.
=20
After about a mile of driving, it felt a bit sluggish so I pulled into a Gar=
den Center and tried to turn around. It stalled and it decided it didn=E2=80=
=99t want to go any further. That=E2=80=99s when I called Hagerty for the t=
ow truck.
=20
I have a feeling the brakes have rusted up and seized. I have to jack up th=
e car and see which ones =E2=80=93 front or back. Which are more likely to s=
eize? Probably the back drums, right? Funny thing though =E2=80=93 before I=
started walking back home, I felt each wheel for heat =E2=80=93 nothing.
=20
Cheers
