The instruction sheet I found has this:
Q. What type of coil do I need?
A. The ignitor is compatible only with a =E2=80=9Cpoints type=E2=80=9D =
coil. Eight cylinder engines require a minimum of 1.5 Ohms of resistance =
in the primary circuit. Four & six cylinder engines require a minimum of =
3.0 Ohms of primary resistance=20
So, it sounds like the 3.0 Ohm.
