It seems to me that a long long time ago someone said the driver's side sho=
uld sit a little higher without any occupants so that it is level when ther=
e is only the driver.
I do not remember who said it or about what TR, but I assume it was on this=
list.

Subject: [TR] TR4A - Rear Suspension Update
All,
For all those following along at home, I installed the rebuilt =93heavy dut=
y=94 Apple Hydraulics lever shocks on Saturday, with new shock links, being=
careful to not torque everything down until the suspicion was properly =93=
loaded". From the advice you all provided, I kept the road springs I had.
Although I did not take them somewhere to learn what their strengths were, =
I did measure their heights as:
11 7/16=94
11 9/16=94
So they are within 1/8=94 of being the same height, and the ride height loo=
ks great.
Driving test was MUCH improved, so I=92ll keep the springs for now.
Thank you to everyone who offered input.
Kind Regards,
Guy D. Huggins
