Using a pair of regular Bosch relays, you could use a momentary switch or
button to latch the fan relay on as long as the ignition was on.  When you
shut the car off, it would reset the system. It would take a second switch
(or button) to turn the fan off if you wanted to do that.  You'd look like
you were driving 007's Aston Martin, though, with all the buttons, so
there's a plus.
