There isn't one AFAIK=2E There might be a tag on top of the front cross mem=
ber (under the engine) but if its there, its just a series number or someth=
ing like that=2E There is nothing to identify a particular frame=2E

Depends on the state, but most of them have a process for assigning a new =
vin number to a car assembled from parts=2E The local DMV may not know much=
 about it, but its there=2E And usually pretty easy, if you know how=2E
