As I recall, you undo the flare nut that holds the hard line to the fitting on the front of the soft line, then remove the hex nut that clamps the soft line fitting to the frame and pull the fitting out of the tab. That frees up the soft line to turn, so you can unscrew it from the 3-way without taking the 3 way loose or disturbing the other hard lines. Use two wrenches (one to keep the fitting from turning), so you don't twist either hard or soft lines.
