Typical advertising blather. ZDDP is not being "forced out", just reduced usage in oils meeting the most recent API specifications. Although done at the request of the EPA; it's actually the API that has changed the specification to call for slightly less (appx 25% less) ZDDP. And oil makers are still free to offer oils under earlier API specifications (like VR1) that don't limit the amount of ZDDP. FTC probably won't take any action under the current administration; but it's still false or misleading advertising.
