Hi, Paul. There are likely better, easier, safer ways to run fuel to an en=
gine for test-starts. One way would be to take a jerry can of fuel and run=
a line to the carbs. You could hook up a Fawcet electric fuel pump if you=
can't raise the can sufficiently for gravity feed. Saves the worry over s=
pills, overflow, and so on, and gives you a bit more time with the idling e=
ngine before the fuel starves out. Just keep in mind not to idle too long=
to avoid overheating if you haven't set up the radiator yet. =20
