[Fot] Nomination request for Phil Gott and his son Dave

I'd like to nominate for membership Phil Gott to the FOT. Phil is a long
time racer. National SCCA Solo champion, regional road racer and for the
past few years a vintage racer in his TR-4A

His son, Dave, also with a Solo background, just completed his SCCA drivers
school in his own TR. They both will be attending the K Cup in what will
probably the the first time they're racing against each other, outside of
Solo competition.
