First thought is the spinner was not on tightly. You may have a bad spot in=
the threads that causes the spinner to appears tight but really is not. C=
heck it be running the spinner on and off the hub without the wheel in place=
. This damage can easily be caused by allowing the wheel to drop down onto t=
he threads while mounting or dismounting. BTDT
