I agree with jack mc , buy a used electric oven. best thing I ever did 
and found one very cheep .  I buy all my powder from Ohio custom 
coatings, ( http://www.ohiocustomcoatings.com/servlet/StoreFront   )   i 
still have powder from them over 4 years old , and still powdery not clumpy
