Andrew is have technical problems, below is his post: List: In all the TR3s I have restored to date, I have ditched the fan and gone for a harmonic dampener and an electric fan. But now I am restoring a TR3A to original condition and am working on the old, beat-up mechanical fan. Is there a correct way to assemble the balancing mechanism for best results? Thanks in advance.
