You would drill out both sides of the frame with a drill > press and be able to put a nut on the inside- I believe you (and Andrew) are thinking of P/N 553837 from TRF. However, the nut goes on the outside; the inside end is tapered like a flathead screw (so you should cut a tapered hole to match).
