[TR] Monza exhaust on a TR3

Would appreciate any input on this exhaust system.  Although it is a
subjective question, is the system annoyingly loud,  a little loud, or OK?
If riding several hours at 3K rpm do your ears buzz at the end of the day?
How about ease of installation?
