I did twice, and didn't have it. this very nice young couple stopped off
and asked if they could help. they brought me water. another time I didn't
have it I happened to be near a creek . . .
of course, I've never needed it since, except for the time when the mga I
was traveling with did. I had it then.

I wouldn't waste space on antifreeze unless you're prone to overheating
problems. That's a lot of weight and space - and availability is darn
near universal - any Quick Trip. IMO.
Check the potency of the antifreeze and your hoses/clamps before leaving.
