I purchased a welding helmet for around $60 which was auto darkening and I wish I'd spent more. The main weakness is the frame inside that tightens to your head. That should be heavy and well made. The cheaper ones soon allow the helmet to fall down, don't hold it up tight and just aren't worth it. gary n. |
