a cap for a 63 to 67 mgb will work fine and is available from any flaps. 
then you can use a set of ignition wires for a 67 datsun 1600 or any tr6 
(you get two spares)

this is all available from any flaps, although it might be special order and 
take a day or two.

fyi the rotor from either the mg or the tr4 will work here.  but not the 
datsun or tr6 <grin>
