Jim,

In addition to a silicone gasket (I just coat a stock cork one WITH  
silicone instead) to stem any leaks from the bottom you may want to  
try using these seals for the valve cover bolts and then you may not  
be so tempted to try and stop valve cover leaks (top or bottom) by  
overtightening them beyond the feather fart of torque that is required.

The seals are a Honda part,  that originally went to what I can't  
recall maybe a motorcycle, but they fit beautifully on a TR6 valve  
cover and have stopped the oil leak I used to have from those three  
bolts.  After trying them I fell in love and I went and bought three  
more (which is why I have the exact part number in hand) because I  
didn't want to chance never finding them again.

The seal is Honda part number 90541-371-000 and was suggested to me by  
someone on this list...thank you Listerati.  I expect my usual cut  
from Honda...nothing.
