I could be mistaken, but I believe that section is talking about a
custom-made sleeve in significant quantitites.  They might look up a single
stock sleeve for you, but I wouldn't bet on it.  And I really doubt you'd
want to pay the setup costs for a custom sleeve.

My local NAPA store used to have one of the old Chicago Rawhide catalogs
that did list some Triumph applications.  But it wasn't complete, and I
can't seem to find it on-line.  It worked better for me to just look it up
by size.

Basically, dimensions and application.  So measure the outside diameter of
the flange, the length of the sealing surface, and call it a "gearbox
shaft".  Or better yet, IMO, get the measurements and look them up yourself
in their on-line catalog.  Probably on this page or at least close-by:

SKF is the owner of the "Speedi-Sleeve" brand name, since they bought
Chicago Rawhide.  Other companies at least used to make similar products,
but the last time I went looking, they didn't have anywhere near the
selection of sizes that SKF has.
