[TR] Is there a problem with my battery?

I'm using a standard battery charger to charge my battery. It's been on for
about 12 hours and the meter needle is sitting between 1/2 Full and Full.
It doesn't read FULL. When charged with the battery charger in the past,
the charger would read full. The Stag don't get used much at all. The
battery does start the car.
Is the battery faulty? I have been stranded once.
