I have seen the heater return line (on the LH side of the engine) get blocked with sediment or even kink/collapse. Might be worth checking. If you still can't find the problem, a fairly extreme test would be to disconnect the return line from the water pump, put a plug in the hole, and briefly start the engine. You should get a solid gush of coolant out of the tube. -- Randall |
