Clean the new surface thoroughly and lick (or otherwise moisten) the surface
of the decal that goes against the glass. Squeegee the moisture out from
under the decal using a credit card.

Please forgive me for this off topic question. I know someone on this list

made static decals, so the knowledge I need is here. We are trading my son's
car and he wants to move his college decal to the new car.I took it off and
