My opinion is that you have 'enough' oil pressure. Not great, but 'enough'.
At some point when you can it might be a good idea to check the pressure
with a test gauge just in case your gauge is not accurate. Harbor Freight
sells an inexpensive gauge which may be good enough for a 2nd opinion.

I think there is also the possibility that the relief valve on the oil
filter head is maladjusted. I say this because your oil pressure at hot
idle is not bad at all.
