[TR] TR2/3 dash control knobs.

Except  for the heater knob and screen washer (if you have one), they should
all  have a small hole on the bottom side.  You push a pin punch or  similar
into the hole to depress the pin against a spring, and then pull  the knob
straight off.

Angelo:
Early cars had the grub screw on the bottom of the knob.  What ever  you 
do, don't drop that tiny, tiny screw!
