All,
A while back I bought a set of locks, long with the boot handle, from Moss to
replace all of my locks, and get a set of new keys.
I've managed to get everything in place, save the ignition, which I started
into yesterday.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the old lock barrel from the switch?
I've unpeened the three tabs that hold the electrics assembly to the outer
cylinder, and was able to extract it about 1/8".
Of course this also pulls the barrel along with it, but eventually it snags.
I also tried pulling the barrel out through the front, but no joy.
There is a small hole found in the outer cylinder that I suspect, no pun
intended here, is the "key".
But I just don't know what to do and need some advice.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
