I have cleaned the springs and adjusters for the rear drums should I try to paint the springs and clips for protection or just leave them natural? I soaked the parts overnight in a 50/50 water CLR mixture and all I can say is WOW!!!! I thought I would need new clips and pins but they look almost new. Got the soaking tip from 74tr6.com. I was so amazed. Thanks for any suggestions are helpful. Small victories now are huge. Jason Owen 70 TR6 |
