I had the honor to meet Fred several years ago when he brought his TR3A to the
Champaign-Urbana show.
Even though there was only one face to face meeting, I always counted Fred as
one of my TR friends.
Many times he suggested that I should try being a standup comic after some wise
crack I sent to the list.
His knowledge, friendship and sense of humor will be missed.
