[TR] TR vent tube

The vent tube has started leaking oil at the joint between the tube and the 
block. It is not an occasional drip rather, it answers the question as to why 
people use their washers when following me. 

I have removed it, coated it with Permatex gasket silicone and replaced it 
allowing a bead to form as it slipped in. I levered it home with a wood lever 
but frankly have little confidence that this is anything permanent. 

Any comments?
