I remember cleaning the goop off the last engine i re-built and simply re-finishing with paint. Maybe it's my imagination but I think I can now hear the "steely" sound of the timing chain whirling if i listen closely and I love that! So I'm glad I left it off. happy holidays to all! gary n. _______________________________________________ Triumphs@autox.team.net Donate: http://www.team.net/donate.html Suggested annual donation $11.47 Archive: http://www.team.net/archive Forums: http://www.team.net/forums |
