Go to a morris minor parts supplier like mini city. The morris minor used the
same little tool, and you stand no chance of hurting a wheel or cap.

I usually use a claw hammer, looks nasty but really does a good job of
popping them off gently & w/o marks. For on the road I carry the
smallest pry bar from the Harbor Freight pry bar set but with the
corners and edges rounded to make it kinder/gentler.
