Bill, I'm just watching the video now and haven't gotten there yet, but
I suspect it's a TR2 "Spa Francorchamps"; there were about 22 of these
special hardtop versions built by the Belgian importer. Kind of the
"Holy Grail" of the early cars!

At about 12:50 into the video appears a TR3 (reg No. 00.TR3) with what
looks
like roll-up windows and a vent window as well. Was this a limited
production thing or did this guy get tired of the British weather
joining
him in the interior of the car?
