Probably some typos in there--the width of the TR4 is actually 4'
10.25". The actual length is 12' 11', so Moss is pretty close there.
What is probably more of concern with a small trailer is how the car
balances on the trailer, and if it can be fitted on the trailer without
the overhangs becoming a problem, so the problem is not so much one of
overall length, but wheelbase. The TR4 wheelbase is 7' 4-1/4", so it
should easily be accommodated by a 9-foot trailer. The larger question
is balance and where the overhang can best be managed.
