He was a Brit (with a French name). He was also not your typicla British
car driver. He was one of a kind (thank goodness). I heard rumors that he
did the simlar to two other triumphs.
On the other hand I loaned my TR6 to a fellow from over seas and he drive
it 6,000 miles and returned it intact and unscathed.
As always the answer is "It depends." It depends on the person you loan
the car to, how he is going to use it and where he is going to take it.
