[TR] Enkei wheels on a TR-6

I have a TR-6 with Enkehi wheels. They are the gold mesh type. There is a gold 
insert over the lug nuts with a chromed plastic insert in the middle. There is 
a set screw in the plastic insert. 

How do I get the center off without ruining the plastic center? I need to pull 
the wheels.
