Certainly not with a stock TR3 heater. They have no outside air intake, and
only recirculate air within the cockpit.
Could it be that your cockpit had relatively warm, moist air and the
windshield was colder? Otherwise, I think you're looking at a pinhole water
leak in the heater core or hoses leading to it.
