I have heard on the list about the petronix failing. What about the crane
electronic ignition. I bought that from Moss,but haven't installed yet

I've had the same experience. The electronics didn't fail, but the magnets
became askew in the collar, so it provided great spark at all the wrong
times. When I started having the same problems with the replacement, I went
back to points and I'll stay there.
