I was running a Fidanza alloy flywheel with a stock cam; and 2000 rpm sounds
reasonable to me even on a flat road.
It can be done somewhat lower, if you are very good at synchronizing the
clutch release with the throttle application ... But I'm not that good, at
least not every time.
