Many, many thanks to those who replied. The guy is Jeff Slaton, and I now
have his contact information.

A few years ago, I bought a fabricated panel for my TR3 on eBay. The piece
was a repair panel for the rear apron and included a lower lip for the spare
tire opening.
The guy turned out to be a high school teacher in Kentucky who made panels
like these in his spare time.
I have been approached by a friend who is looking for the same repair panel
for his restoration project and I have lost the contact information. Does
anyone know the person in KY, or where my friend could get what he's looking
for? Thanks !
