I grafted a new bulb and capillary tube on to my old gauge per the
internet instructions and it is currently working quite well. I was not
too picky about the style of the capillary tube so I bought the cheapest
mechanical gauge that I could find to use a donor. If you have a high
wattage soldering iron and basic soldering skill, it's not very hard to do.
